Kombucha is a healthy addition to your well being. All fermented foods help the digestive system and even contribute vitamin B. They are a nice, very low sugar fizzy drink when brewed properly.

I'd like to offer biomagnetism treatments.
This non-invasive therapy consists of using muscle testing to detect imbalances in the body. Magnets are then applied to specific points for varying lengths of time to help the body return to homeostasis. This therapy was developed by Mexican doctor Dr Isaac Goiz and has been known to be effective for all sorts of health conditions and alments.
Contra indications are pregnancy and where electrical devices have been placed in the body (such as a pacemaker.) Otherwise it is safe to use with all medications and conventional treatments.

I have some milk kefir grains that I have had for about a month now. I bought them online and have been using them with raw milk from biologically farmed cows. Every few weeks I have too many grains (as it grows). So when requested I may not have some to give straight away. I live in Dargaville, and can do post or pick ups.

The way I was taught was to think of the tai chi form as a moving meditation, so during the form I focus on slowing down my breath which in turn clears my head whilst calming and slowing me down, as well as improving awareness of every part of my body.
I've been practising Yang style tai chi (mostly Chen Man-Ch'ing's Short Form) on and off for four or so years now so let me know if you're keen for a/some tai chi lesson/s!

Are you heading into the outdoors or somewhere with limited cellphone reception? PLB's are also a good backup for if your cellphone gets wet/lost/has no battery. I personally keep mine in the glove box of the car when it's not out in a backpack with me, as often the NZ roads can have large areas with minimal or no reception.
PLB's don't require cellphone reception, they transmit digital signals to satellites which then provide your location to rescue services and send help your way as soon as possible.
If you'd like to use my beacon for your next adventure I just ask that you provide me with some info about your group and intentions so that in the unlikely event you do activate the beacon that I can pass this on.
