I have been living in an eco-village for 25years and a running a community in Greece for 6years and I have read widely on the tools and ways of setting up community. I understand the importance of non-violent communication and have trained in this, I have also trained in the decision making tool sociocracy.
I feel strongly that now is the time to live closer together and support each other.

If you'd like to make a donation to the Community Fund for participating in one of our rāhui/lockdown online events, or donate surplus timecredits please use this Offer to record your exchange.
The Community Fund is used to pay timecredits to members for giving service in the community where there isn't a timebank organisation or individual to pay the credits. These are usually one off events like beach/street clean-ups etc.
During the Covid19 rāhui/lockdown we are offering the opportunity for timebankers to earn timecredits helping out their non-timebanker neighbours in recognition for their work in building community resilience at a difficult time.
If you are involved with regular community work such as volunteering for a group, organisation etc have a chat with your local coordinator about the possibilities of getting your group/organisation signed up as an organisational member of Tai Tokerau Timebank.

Does your street need a tidy up - with rubbish or overgrown-ness? We have some members who are very good at picking up rubbish and tidying up local areas, because we are keen to support others and ensure that rubbish doesn't end up in the sea. Let us know if you need a rubbish pick up in your street, local park or another street you know of. We are willing to help already organised cleanups or generate a working bee to help out.

I am an amateur photographer and have produced images that have been displayed on websites and have exhibited at an open exhibition.
Results have included wedding photos as well as those used for an exhibition on disabled people surfing. Close-up images of native orchids can be seen on the NZ Native Orchids website. Have, in the past, produced athletics action photos for a regional local paper.
General photography would be on a candid as-it-happens basis. Thanks.

There is the potential for timebankers to use the Staveley facilities during off-season quiet times when the camp is not otherwise booked. Obviously this would be dependent on availability and some costs (such as power) may be incurred. Negotiation around dates, costs and time credits would happen on a case-by-case basis. Goes without saying (but we will!) that the camp needs to be left in same condition as you found it. The Staveley Camp is not available for parties. Alcohol/drugs not permitted, and sorry no dogs.
Recently updated, the Staveley Camp offers full facilities and capacity to sleep 96.
*8 cabins with bunks sleep up to 12 people per cabin (maximum capacity 96)
*12 caravan power connections
*well equipped large kitchen
*clean bathroom amenities block with facilities for disabled
*full laundry facilities
*cafe nearby

The Sedona Method is a
unique, simple, powerful, easy-to-learn and duplicate technique that shows you how to uncover your natural ability to let go of any painful or unwanted feeling in the moment. The Sedona Method consists of a
series of questions you ask yourself that lead your awareness to what you are feeling in the moment and gently guide you into the experience of letting go. The Sedona Method is a very simple way of letting go of fear, frustration, anger, limiting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that are holding you back. It is our limiting emotions that often prevent us from creating and maintaining the lives that we choose.
If you're feeling stuck, want to attain goals, get clarity in what it is you want, experience love, abundance and happiness in life than this simple and effective tool may be jst what it is you're looking for!
Sessions can be done one on one, over the phone or Zoom. Or if you like to get together as a group than I am happy to facilitate at my place or yours. If I need to travel than I'd like re-imbursement of travel expenses.
This is a standalone offer for TimeBank hours that carries no expectation or obligation for follow-up treatments or services. Members interested in further treatments or sessions beyond this one time offer, can make arrangements with the provider outside of TimeBank trades.
If the recipient feels pressured, at any point, to take up paid services, they are to contact the main coordinator immediately.
If a service provider wants reimbursement for expenses or supplies, that must be clearly communicated in the offer, and agreed upon, BEFOREHAND.
