I am harvesting choko's at the moment. Let me know if you want some. They are very versatile and very nutritious. Easy to add to most dishes, like stirfries, roasted, casseroles, can also be added to sweet dishes as it will take on the flavour of other components e.g. fruit crumble.
I have a large cadre of worm helpers that do not mind translocating to seed more of their kind in your compost/worm farm. i am not certain of what variety they are, (there are lots of different kinds...) but there are lots of them...! Bring your own container or bucket and you can get some. I will share what I know about keeping your worms healthy.
