Taranaki Timebank needs helpers in North Taranaki to run regular face to face get started sessions. Each member attends one when signing up so you should be familiar, but full training will be provided on whats required. You can nominate the dates/times that suit you. These are usually held as a group at Puki Ariki but you could also offer one on one sessions if you prefer.

On The House is a volunteer-run charitable organisation reducing food waste and getting good, surplus kai to those whom need it. We operate just once a week on Thursdays from 4.45pm to 5.45pm. But volunteer shifts start as early as 2.30pm. Food service volunteering involves helping to set up food on shelves, serving food, and clean up. We have two main shifts: 2:30PM - 5:45PM (sometimes earlier if needed, or slow) and 3:30PM - 5:45PM If you're interested, we will put you on an induction shift to see how you find it and go from there :)
