Hi Timebankers, I'm hoping someone out there has some excess topsoil they are happy to part with as I need some for a new garden box I've bought. I'm based in New Plymouth so ideally someone here but I'm happy to travel to you depending on where you are located. I might be able to get a trailer but if it's not pushing my luck too much then borrowing a trailer would be great as well. You don't need to know anything about gardening - others can guide you with what weeds to pull out, how and where to plant things etc. It's a fun group of people to spend time with and a beautiful place to be. Hope Community Garden The community garden is open 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10.00 am – 1.00 pm. There is always something to do, weeding, planting, harvesting and a cuppa to be had. We are looking for people who are prepared to come and help when and if they can. The garden was closed for four months last year so we are currently looking to put more structure in the garden and keep on top of the gardening while we start again.
