We're trying to save the iconic Old Packhouse Market and keep it as a hub of resilience.
We desperately need help of all sorts. Right now we need people to man our stall on Saturday mornings to tell people about the project and gain community support.
Volunteer for one Saturday, even better a regular Saturday, or even just for an hour or two as a one-off.

Lovely Solution Focussed Persons Sought.
I have a big task ahead to creatively arrange and price the mass of beautiful goods I have collected to raise funds to donate to NZDSOS toward their fund that assists the vaccine injured.
Finding a shop that was affordable in Kerikeri was impossible so I have renovated a huge barn and decided to have a garage sale or five to make it happen.
Can also include a space for crop swopping and plant exchange.
Posting online the larger items would also be helpful.
I wish to call the space "Solutions Garage Sale" as it is solving a number of difficult challenges including my own downsizing.
If you or friends can spare the time, would like some fun and be part this Resilient Solution I would be most grateful to hear from you.
Of course earn Timebank credits and you can also volunteer if you wish.

We have two community gardens in Kaeo and are always grateful for help.
Both gardens are producing food and there is always some goodies to take home.
Our gardens:
Mangamanihi road - our gardening time is Fridays from 3pm til 5pm (this has also a food forest surrounding with loads of fruit trees!)
Pupuke- te huia marae road- we garden on Saturdats from 10am til 12pm
Both gardens are quite different and have a huge potential to feed us (and you) and the community!

We would like to do a workshop on building a solar food dehydrator, and are looking for someone to teach this. We have the plans and the materials needed, just need the right person to tutor. Open to suggestions as to where to do it, but could be in Kerikeri.
