Sóc artista plàstica i instructora de meditació. Ofereixo un taller on experimentar la meditació a través l'art del dibuix i la pintura, per centrar-se i observar des de l’experiència propia, connectant amb la creativitat.
Estoy formada en tercer nivel de Reiki. Para quien no conozca el Reiki, es un tipo de terapia energética en la que la "energía universal" se canaliza hacia la persona a través de las manos y la intención. Su objetivo es liberar energía bloqueada que se puede quedar en diferentes partes del cuerpo. Practico Reiki como hobby en mi tiempo libre. Os invito a vivir la experiencia en una sesión.
