Busco alguien que haga masajes relajantes y descontracturantes, llevo más de 3 semanas con dolor diario de espalda y me dicen que es muscular. Gracias.

Necesitaría eventualmente que alguien me diera un masaje que me ayudara a relajar sobre todo extremidades. Practico trekking y ciclismo y si bien suelo incorporar a mi rutina una sesión de estiramientos, siento que no es suficiente. Muchas gracias!

I need people I can message at short notice (the day of or day before) who would be happy to come to my house (Cameron St, Allenton) for about 20 minutes. Because of health issues, sometimes I just need a massage on my back to calm my nervous system so I can sleep. I have a massage gun so you just hold that on my back and move it around a bit. Most common time I need this is early afternoon, but it can vary. I usually can't handle conversation but can show you where on my back I want it, if you're not hitting right spots. If you are able to help with visits sometimes, even if you are only free e.g. on a Monday to help, let me know. I'd like to create a list of who I could call on to help on what days, IF the need arises. If you aren't able to help when I contact you no worries, but if you can - it makes a huge difference to me, being able to get through the day. Te Tai Tokerau Climate Action Conference 2023 is looking for local growers, foragers, creative caterers, Hāngī experts and those with Rongoā knowledge to help us showcase the amazing and diverse local kai Te Tai Tokerau has to offer. Our event is for 2 days, with morning and afternoon tea and lunch on each day. We are thinking of having things like soup, seafood chowder, salads, fruit, baked goods with local flours like kūmara flour/oat flour etc and teas with locally grown herbal teas - Kawakawa, ginger, Kūmarahou, mānuka etc The dates are the 7 and 8th of September and the event will be held in Whangārei at Forum North.
