I'm offering one 90-minute introductory session via Timebank. I offer couples a calm, structured space to slow down and understand what’s happening between them. Grounded in the principles of Nonviolent Communication and Imago relationship work, I guide partners to listen deeply, communicate with clarity, and reduce reactive cycles. The focus is on rebuilding connection, strengthening understanding, and creating a more resilient foundation moving forward. This Timebank offer includes one introductory 90-minute session. Couples who wish to continue are welcome to book ongoing sessions at my standard professional rate. Due to limited availability, I offer a small number of Timebank sessions each month. Sessions are scheduled by arrangement. Online (Zoom) or in-person in Whangārei CBD (private consulting room. A small room-hire fee applies).
