Together, we gently explore repeating patterns, deepen self-awareness, clarify feelings and boundaries, and begin strengthening practical communication skills. The focus is on building your capacity for healthier, more connected relationships — starting with you. This Timebank offer includes one introductory 60-minute session. Ongoing sessions are available at my standard professional rate for those who feel aligned to continue. Due to limited availability, I offer a small number of Timebank sessions each month. I'd love to offer some healing sessions to anyone needing them or interested in giving it a go. Romiromi is a traditional Māori body alignment used to help with trauma or issues that manifest physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Mishkiki Orenda or Spirit medicine is a hands off form of alternative healing to help with acute injuries, general conditioning and wellbeing of your physical and spiritual self. I can offer either or a combination of these sessions for 1 time credit. You can either come to me in Whau Valley or I can come to you for 1 time credit and koha towards fuel.
