Community Kai - Cooking

Community Kai Community Kai is held weekly and is open to the community, with on average 100 attending each week. For many people, the meal is a way of connection with others. A gold coin donation is suggested for attendees to help with the cost of the dinner. The meal is served at 6.00 with a main course and something sweet to finish with. The meal is held at Rangiora Baptist Church, 111 East Belt, Rangiora Need: Community Kai cooking We need a team of 4 – 6 people who are prepared to make meals for Community Kai. The recipe and food are supplied, meals are basic like sausage casserole, mac and cheese or similar. Si jo toco la mandolina i tu toques la guitarra, és possible que puguem fer un duet de mandolina i guitarra. Tinc bastant de repertòri per fer amb aquests dos instruments, però fa temps que busco un/una guitarrista i no en trobo. La música que tinc va des de Barroc, Romanticisme a sudamericana i Ragtime. Hauria de ser algú que visqui a Cardedeu o si coneixeu algú dels voltants: S.A. Vilamajor, Llinars, S.P. Vilamajor, Cànoves, Granollers, etc.. feu-ne propaganda. Moltes gràcies

Due to a ski accident I have only one usable arm for at least 6 weeks and am dealing with a lot of pain and meds. It would be helpful to have someone to type for me and help with some different tasks i need to do - mostly on the computer. If you are happy on computers and a quick typist please email me, thank you! It would be in short bursts on different days.

Dog Walk

Due to a ski accident I have only one usable arm for at least 6 weeks. I can't walk my dog for that period as I have to not move too much to give my shoulder a chance to heal. I have a lovely hubby who will walk our black Lab Bear most days but he will at times be unable to walk him. Usually Bear gets walked about 4pm (30- 60 minute walk with lots of sniffing stops). If you can help now and again or a once off please email me, thank you! He can be quite strong on the lead so experience with dogs required.

Sustainable Taranaki are looking for Trail Angels to support Blue Petal Botanicals in Korito at this years Backyards Trail. When Sat 31st Oct, Sun 1st Nov, Sun 8th Nov: 1pm - 4pm What would I do as a Trail Angel? Trail Angels will greet visitors, take tickets, record information and give directions. You will be a huge support for the host (also volunteering their time) to free them up to tour visitors around their backyard and answer questions. How do we support you? We will train you on the Trail Angels tasks and provide all the equipment you need.
