Could you be part of an enthusiastic Steering Committee for Taranaki Timebank to get us functioning on all cylinders? A bit of energy and time would be really useful in the year ahead! Committee meetings are monthly by Zoom. Other projects and events as they come up. We'd love to have 2 or 3 people join us on the Committee. It’s easy to get involved behind the scenes – just nominate yourself by sending us a photo of yourself and a short bio telling us what attracts you to Taranaki Timebank and how you think you can add value to our organisation. Bring your best Dessert and win a prize (and bragging rights). Prizes for Desserts will be chosen from this list depending on numbers: Flavour Fusion Award – For the most creative and delicious flavour combination. Steering Committee Treasurer (This is a volunteer position)

Taranaki TimeBank Steering Committee Treasurer (This is a volunteer position) Support Timebank by becoming a member of the Steering Commitee! Earn Timebank hours for volunteering. You can be from anywhere in Taranaki, we met monthly via Zoom. Primary Tasks: Manage day-to-day finances Outline of Responsibilities: Knowledge of book-keeping and financial management. Able to use online accounting software such as Xero. Can prepare a budget and monitor it carefully. Manages TTB Bank Account, paying contractors, fees, accounts. Creates and represents financial report at regular Committee meetings, and when required. Make sure financial reports are available and understood at all committee meetings. Produces an annual financial report if qualified to do so or in conjunction with the employed accountant. Knowledge and experience of current fundraising finance practice relevant to voluntary and community organisations is desirable. Ability to communicate clearly. Good computer skills related to filing online funding applications as required. High integrity, responsible, able to meet financial deadlines, great communications skills, passionate about community building and the values of Taranaki Timebank. Wanted: Steering Committee Secretary (This is a volunteer position)

Taranaki TimeBank Steering Committee Secretary (This is a volunteer position) Support Timebank by becoming a member of the Steering Committee! Earn Timebank hours for volunteering. You can be from anywhere in Taranaki, we meet monthly via Zoom. Secretary: Primary Tasks: Minute Committee Meetings and AGM Outline of Responsibilities: Computer skills required for minute taking and sharing documents. Highly skilled written communicator. Organised and methodical. Able to take good minutes. Ensure that committee meetings and AGM are properly administered. Able to plan and prepare the committee meetings and the AGM with others as appropriate. Planning meeting dates, booking rooms/Zoom, sending out notifications, minutes and other papers. Cosir i sargir la roba

Tinc algunes peces de roba que necessitarien petits arranjaments però no en sé gens de cosir. Voldria que algú m'ensenyés com fer-ho jo mateix. També necessitaria una foradadora pel cinturó.

M'agradaria anar a nedar al mar però mai ho he fet i em fa respecte d'anar-hi sol per primera vegada. Busco algú per anar-hi i resoldre'm possibles dubtes que em sorgeixin.

Cura de les plantes de casa

Tinc diverses plantes a casa: una calathea, una alfàbrega, i altres de què no en sé el nom. Les rego regularment i reviso que la terra sigui humida, però de vegades se m'asseca part d'alguna fulla i no sé si l'he de tallar, o si estic regant-les prou o massa. M'agradaria poder-li enviar unes fotos de les plantes a algú que en sàpiga i que em resolgui alguns d'aquests dubtes de principiant.
