The community team that was booked to serve on Wednesday 8th of July is no longer available so an urgent call is going out to see if any TBW members would be keen and available for this date. Community Kai Community Kai is held weekly and is open to the community, with on average 100 attending each week. For many people, the meal is a way of connection with others. A gold coin donation is suggested for attendees to help with the cost of the dinner. The meal is served at 6.00 with a main course and something sweet to finish with. The meal is held at Rangiora Baptist Church, 111 East Belt, Rangiora Community Team Each week we have a team come and help from 5:40pm with final dinner preparation, serving, clean up including dishes. This generally takes approx 2 - 3hrs depending on numbers. We are looking at 5 – 6 people prepared to help in a timebank team.
