I can help advise on power related issues, including getting you a better deal, understanding your bill and helping to navigate unusual situations with your power company. This is easier with flat pricing but I can also do an accurate assessment with time-of-use pricing (eg cheaper off-peak rates or half price weekends) if you have the data available from your smart meter (either in your app or if you ask your power company for it). I can also help with some broadband (internet) issues like getting you a better deal, and if you decide to switch companies I can help you set up your new connection/equipment in your home.
