The goal of my yoga sharing/ facilitating is meditation 😇
Happy to do a one-to-one with a beginner or workshop for a group over 3 successive Saturdays.
Previously we were fortunate to have use of a bright & airy room upstairs at the main Whangarei library for the group sessions.
Currently I'm having fun doing some yoga Asanas on a WOBBLE board. Now I'm over 70 I feel the need to increase my balance & core strength. I was wind surfing when I was living in Australia.
Progressing on to Paddle boards then Wing Foiling! is my dream 😅 Anyone interested or already into the above water sports please get in touch 🙏
