I follow Katherine's kitchen on FB. She teaches people how to can meat, veges etc.
I've never canned meat.
The cost of the 2 day course is $300 and you take heaps of goodies home. She supplies all the ingredients.
She has offered to come to my place at 295 Kensington Ave, Rangiora. We would need 4 to 6 people minimum to make it work.
It will be a week day probably.
