Community Arts Liaison

The People’s Community is looking for a Community Arts Liaison—someone passionate about visual art, music, and creative expression, who wants to help us recognize and reward contributors through digital drops like zine covers, music tracks, protest art, and community badges.

You don’t need to be a developer or crypto expert. This role is about curating, collaborating, and building bridges between creators and our broader community—not coding.

What You’ll Do: Work with visual artists, musicians, and writers to create community drops (NFTs, posters, sound pieces, zine pairings)

Coordinate the minting and release of creative work using simple tools like 3rdWeb (training provided) Help design how community-created media is used as recognition, storytelling, or access Collaborate with core team members to integrate creative work into zines, campaigns, contributor rewards, and archives Be a champion for art and music as tools of resistance, memory, and solidarity

Ideal Fit: You’re a creative yourself or love working with artists and musicians You’re curious about digital tools like NFTs, or excited to learn You see cultural work as essential infrastructure in political organizing You’re organized and collaborative—able to juggle projects and timelines

This role earns up to 120 community tokens/month in recognition of time and care contributed. These tokens represent your stake in the ecosystem we’re building together: your labor, your leadership, your trust.

They don’t currently hold fiat value, but they will: Grant you governance rights over future decisions Track and honor your contribution transparently Become exchangeable if/when we implement barter, mutual credit, or blockchain-integrated value systems
