We are both from overseas and thinking about earning money with our lifestyle block, offering accommodation. Unfortunately there is a lot of paperwork to understand and sign and I guess some consents to apply for too. At the moment we find it just a big confusing pile of papers and unknown traps. We are hoping to find someone who is more familiar with contracts and can help us understand and guide as a little.
