I need people I can message at short notice (the day of or day before) who would be happy to come to my house (Cameron St, Allenton) for about 20 minutes.
Because of health issues, sometimes I just need a massage on my back to calm my nervous system so I can sleep. I have a massage gun so you just hold that on my back and move it around a bit. Most common time I need this is early afternoon, but it can vary. I usually can't handle conversation but can show you where on my back I want it, if you're not hitting right spots.
If you are able to help with visits sometimes, even if you are only free e.g. on a Monday to help, let me know. I'd like to create a list of who I could call on to help on what days, IF the need arises. If you aren't able to help when I contact you no worries, but if you can - it makes a huge difference to me, being able to get through the day.
